Vanessa founded Trauma Outreach Associates with Wilma in 2005 in response to the need for a greater focus on the psychological impact of workplace trauma. It was her Masters in Counseling and experience working at Suicide Prevention and Community Health organizations, combined with her passion for working in trauma  recovery that led her directly to this line of work.
