Wilma founded Trauma Outreach Associates 5 years ago when she saw a need in the Bay Area business community for a more comprehensive and collaborative approach to crisis response. Wilma began her career in traumatology at Community Mental Health Crisis Centers, having completed her Masters in Psychology in 1984. She has worked with numerous organizations during her career, and has been involved in the San Francisco crisis management community for the last 15 years.
