Trauma Outreach Associates, Inc. is a dedicated team of senior-level licensed mental health professionals, whose extensive training and experience provide the high quality and comprehensive hands-on crisis treatment response both needed by and rooted in the uniqueness of the greater Bay Area and its people. 

Wilma Bass, President and Vanessa Watt, Executive Vice-President
are the driving force behind Trauma Outreach Associates, Inc. Each has extensive experience in trauma management and treatment. Together they encompass over three decades of experience in mental health and trauma services. Both are MFTs, are certified Critical Incident Stress responders, EMDR practitioners, and maintain a cutting edge interest in the field of  traumatology.

Certifications and memberships:
Ms. Bass and Ms. Watt are members of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Association of Traumatic Stress Specialists and  EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International  Association). They also belong to the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and are trained American Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Counselors.
